How I Can Help You

I am trained in many therapy modalities and together we can decide what works best for you. Above all, I offer person-centred therapy in that I am empathic and will aim to build on your resilience and ability to make choices for yourself.

Some of the therapies I can offer, either standalone or as an integrative approach, include:

  • Cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), that will help you make sense of your unhelpful thoughts, feelings and behaviours, and learn to adapt them
  • Eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR), which allows adaptive processing of traumatic, anxiety-provoking and other difficult experiences
  • Behavioural therapy, a practice-based method for noticing change. This is often in conjunction with Motivational Interviewing, allowing you to overcome any ambivalence or ‘stuckness’
  • Systemic Therapy, for enabling change in a wider context of relationships, communities and through your values and beliefs
